Olive Oil
The delicate scent of myriad flowers on our olive trees fills the air on a warm summer's day, intoxicating the bees who are assisting the wind with pollination. Blossoms
Last year we carefully selected and prepared the blossoms and petals for this years confetti and facial steams. We are now enjoying the fresh blossoms once again and will prepare these for next years brides and luxury product range. Rosehip Lipbalm
Early in January I infused organic sweet almond oil with the rosehips we had foraged on a morning walk through the vineyards. The rosehips were washed, dried, placed in the oven on the lowest setting possible for 3 to 4 hours. Once cooled, they were added to the oil and allowed to rest for a month in the fridge.
